This Privacy Policy explains how Glass Club Inc. (“Glass Club,” “we,” or “us”) handles information in connection with our website, www.glassclubinc.com (the “Site”). We are a local glass company, and we keep this simple: the Site is informational, it has no forms or accounts, and we do not use advertising or analytics tracking.
Information we collect
Information you give us. The Site does not ask you to enter any information. If you call, text, or email us—for example, to ask for a quote or schedule an appointment—we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, and details or photos of the work you need.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, Inc., automatically processes technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the Site from attacks. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring web address, and the date and time of your visit. We do not use this information to identify you.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tools, tracking pixels, or social media plugins on the Site.
Cloudflare may set a small number of strictly necessary security cookies—for example, to tell people apart from automated bots. These cookies are not used for advertising, and we do not use them to track you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some security checks may not work without them.
How we use information
- To answer your questions, prepare quotes, schedule and perform work, and follow up on our services.
- To keep business records, such as invoices, and to meet our legal, tax, and licensing obligations.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so through the Site. Because of that, the Site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal.
How long we keep information
We keep customer communications and job records for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. After that, we delete or securely dispose of them.
Security
The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not email sensitive information such as full payment card numbers.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, subject to exceptions allowed by law (for example, records we are required to keep). California residents may also ask whether we disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not.
Children’s privacy
The Site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
